Application for Registration as an Architect

This form is to be used by a person qualified to be registered in Queensland and not currently registered in another State or Territory of Australia or in New Zealand.  Use this form if you applying for registration under Mutual Recognition Arrangements between the architectural licensing authorities of the USA, Australia and NZ or the APEC Architecture Agreement with Japan, Singapore and Canada.  

Application for Registration as a Non-Practising Architect
This form is to be used by a person qualified to be registered in Queensland and not currently registered in another State or Territory of Australia or in New Zealand.
  

Application for Registration pursuant to Mutual Recognition or Trans-Tasman Recognition Agreement
This form is to be used for applications for registration as an architect in Queensland where the person is currently registered in another State or Territory of Australia or in New Zealand. 

Application for Registration as NPA pursuant to Mutual Recognition or Trans-Tasman Recognition Agreement
This form is to be used for applications for registration as an non-practising architect in Queensland where the person is currently registered in another State or Territory of Australia or in New Zealand.
   

Application for Restoration of Name to the Register as a practising architect
Form for use where a person has previously been registered in Queensland and registration is no longer current or if you wish to restore your registration to practising from non-practising.

Form for use where a person has previously been registered in Queensland and registration is no longer current.

Additional Policy for Restoring Name to Register as a practising Architect after 3 years Absence
